The power of Live events: Lessons from Lithuania

By June 10, 2025No Comments

Attending an event in Lithuania was an inspiring experience that highlighted the importance of live events. Hearing global changemakers share insights is invaluable for broadening perspectives and sparking new ideas.

The conference featured expert Speakers who brought Global Expertise:

  • David McWilliams:  Irish economist and author who challenged conventional thinking by suggesting that art and unconventional ideas might reflect reality more accurately than economics.
  • Amy Gallo: A psychologist and Harvard Business Review editor, emphasized constructive conflict as essential for growth and high-performing teams.
  • Professor Manfred Kets de Vries: Leadership studies expert, challenged attendees to consider the “dark side” of leadership.
  • Erin Meyer: An INSEAD professor and co-author of “No Rules Rules,” shared insights on building innovative company cultures based on her work with Netflix.
  • Hal Gregersen: Talked about “The Leader’s Dilemma” and highlighted  how leaders can become isolated from critical information, especially during times of market change. To combat this, Gregersen suggests leaders escape this blind spot by adopting five daily disciplines to ask better questions. By using questioning tools, leaders can unlock innovative solutions and processes

These speakers inspired leaders to question assumptions and drive change and we worked with this organisation in booking Speakers at this event.
