Last week we were delighted to work with Jenn Lim on an amazing virtual event for a private client. 🎤
Jenn is the CEO and CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) of Delivering Happiness (DH), a company she and Tony Hsieh (CEO of Zappos.com) co-founded to inspire science based happiness, passion and purpose at work. Not only was Jenn amazing, she also got up at some ungodly hour to speak at this very interesting fireside chat!
Jenn discussed the 3 ELEMENTS FOR CREATING THE RIGHT CULTURE FOR EMPLOYEE HAPPINESS which she had identified through her work already on the topic of happiness.
1)Â A Sense of progress.
2) A Sense of connectiveness.
3) A Sense of control.
According to Jenn, these have helped achieve measurable results, but also make deep human sense for companies around the world. They are easy to understand and once you get the hang of them, there are abundant opportunities to turn them into business results.
As a result of her talk she inspired the employees, provoked a lot of interesting questions and in turn this has helped launch some new initiatives to help the company move forward in their quest to ensure they are moving forward on their quest to ensure all their employees are happy in their roles. #event #culture #happiness #keynotespeaker.
