Gopal RajGuru is consultant, business educator, university professor, as well as sales performance improvement, and leadership development coach. He is also the Managing Director of  Innovate Grow, a consultancy company based in Geneva Switzerland. With 35+ years’ experience leading and consulting successful companies in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, Gopal brings his years of experience and common-sense approach to help clients improve their business-to-business sales performance while deepening and broadening their leadership capabilities to create sustainable high performance.

With his 3-continent upbringing, Gopal is a citizen of the world who brings true multi-culturalism to his audiences, blending local and global seamlessly into engaging, entertaining, and educational content that is both inspirational and pragmatic.

Born in India, raised in the USA, an exchange student in Sweden, and living in Europe since the late 1980s, Gopal has lived in many countries, and worked with clients in more than 190. He delivers keynote speeches – in English, French and Swedish – to audiences of all sizes, delivering ideas and messages that align with their goals + objectives, and help them take steps towards attaining them.

As a sales and leadership educator, he delivers workshops and coaching to help salespeople engage more effectively with prospects and customers to fill the pipeline, win more deals, and expand their footprint in existing accounts. He leverages his experience to help leaders develop the skills they need to be more effective coaches and guides for their teams, to create sustainable high performance. Leveraging multiple methodologies, he helps organisations to implement innovative thinking to identify and meet their customers’ needs through focused co-innovation.

Gopal takes a very pragmatic approach to delivering high-impact keynote speeches, first consulting with the organisation’s leaders to identify the core messages they would like to reinforce and adding his experience and creativity to formulate engaging content.

He then creates content uniquely tailored to each client’s specific needs and delivers an energetic and engaging speech to inspire and motivate the audience to start their own personal change process. His pragmatic, down-to-earth style translates theoretical concepts into pragmatic elements that are easy for the audience to understand and implement, so each audience member takes away from the speech something just for them.

Having built and led a multinational organisation with more than US$ 100m in sales throughout EMEA + APAC, he understands the challenges leaders face in finding the right people, getting them up-to-speed quickly, setting the right expectations, monitoring performance, providing helpful and appropriate feedback, confronting when necessary, and keeping the team focused and motivated to achieve challenging goals. Leveraging that experience, he has created, and integrated concepts + tools to improve leadership skills, organisational alignment, sales performance, co-innovation capabilities + negotiation skills to help them deliver sustainable profitable growth.

As an adjunct professor in multiple EMBA programs Gopal brings his pragmatic knowledge of sales and leadership to students in the Master of Technology (MoT) program at the École Polytechnique Fédérale in Lausanne, as well as GFKM, the Gdansk Business School. He also works with Aalto University’s Executive Education division to create custom-designed programs for a broad range of clients on topics ranging from customer experience to innovation, to leadership and much more.
